REFUND POLICY

No Returns on Plants

Due to the nature of living plants, we do not accept returns once plants have been picked up. All sales are final.

Damaged or Poor Quality Plants

We take great care to provide you with healthy, high-quality plants. However, if you receive a plant that is damaged or of poor quality at the time of pickup, we will issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If your plant is damaged or of poor quality, please email us at nishicafarm@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or poor quality plant
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and issue a refund if the claim is valid.

Payment Refunds

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds for cash or check payments will be issued via check
