Where can I pick up my plants?

1) Pickup plants on the Farm, during the farm tour

2) Pickup in other locations / times 

  • Saratoga: Sun June 28 from 4pm - 6pm  
  • Los Altos: Sun June 28 from 4pm - 6pm  
  • Farm at San Juan Bautista (no farm tour): Sun June 28 from 4pm - 6pm  

How do I specify my pick up location and date?

Please give us your preferred location and day in the Order Special instructions on the Cart page, or send email to nishicafarm@gmail.com.

Can I add plants to my order online later?

Yes! You can order online again at anytime, and we will combine your orders.

Can I order plants when I visit the farm on one of the above days?

Absolutely!  However, we strongly recommend you order and reserve the plants you really want, since we may sell out of some plants earlier.

Are you organic? 

Yes! Nishica Farm is CCOF Certified Organic and we use organic methods in the nursery as well as in our orchard and vegetables areas.

We proudly source organic seeds from Johnny' Selected Seeds. We are a CDFA (California Dept of Food and Agriculture) licensed nursery.

Why do you sell these particular plants?

Our plants were selected based on input from local gardening experts, and what we know our farmers grow with success in the area.  

We know there is never enough space and time to grow everything. We think this is a good list for most home gardens.

 
The focus is on vegetables but we usually add a few flowers since they are good companion plants to any vegetable garden and help keep pests away/ bring in pollinators. 

What payment methods do you take? 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Shop which is a mobile app  created by Shopify to speed through checkout using Shop Pay 

How do I know my order was completed - where is my order confirmation email?

When your order is completed, you will see it on the screen, and you will get an email to the address you entered, it has links to our website and all details of your order. The email comes from our system, the from address is store+79655862518@shopifyemail.com   and so may end up in Spam , so please look for it.
